Thank you everyone for making this "job" so much more for me. There are many more people at the home office I have had the pleasure of meeting, and they all seem to be amazing, but this little team of co-workers is truly outstanding. My accountant Tosha Richardson seems to never tire or run out of energy, and keeps all our financials in line (accountants do not get much credit, but the property would not run without her). The many outreach programs she has gotten us involved in truly make our communities and residents feel valued, appreciated, and grateful. She works tirelessly to help out each property and our communities, as well as the company as a whole. Erin Kofoed (I'm not sure her title because she seems to be a miracle worker at every turn) seems to be the soul of the company. Tabby Herling in Compliance is truly a life saver and so pleasant about all my myriad of questions, I am not sure how we would have gotten through the lease-up without her. She is always available to answer a question, or help out with suggestions, and just really helpful “on the spot” whenever I need anything. Pat Lickiss is the best regional I have ever had the honor of working with.
However, the people that I work with from the home office on a daily basis really keep the wheels turning. They are 2 truly inspiring individuals who care wholeheartedly about their employees and the communities that they serve. It has been shown time and time again that great leadership comes from the top and I cannot say enough about our Founder and CEO Bob Hanson and our President Craig Hanson.
